Stock Furniture & Rugs

3 days: Many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Non-Furniture Items: Includes Stock Lighting (uninstalled), Mirrors, Bedding, Pillows, Decor and Tabletop

7 days: Bedding must be returned unused in the original product packaging.

Special order Lighting & Fans

7 days for full store credit or refund less 25% restocking fee.

Custom Special-Order Merchandise

Made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit is required at time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return or exchange for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage.
